Smart Factory Design is built on its founder's career: PCB and manufacturing leadership at TTM and Sanmina, highly automated US facilities designed and led at Whelen and GreenSource, and the first patented closed-loop Zero Liquid Discharge system for PCB fabrication. Postgraduate work at Yale, Wharton, Berkeley, and Cambridge turned hard-won engineering into strategy.

    Built deep expertise in PCB fabrication, process engineering, yield improvement, and large-scale manufacturing leadership.

  2. Whelen Engineering

    Designed and led a highly automated US PCB facility with cycle times measured in hours and an investment payback of approximately three years.

  3. First Patented Closed-Loop ZLD for PCB

    Invented and industrialized the first patented closed-loop Zero Liquid Discharge system developed specifically for PCB fabrication.

  4. GreenSource Fabrication

    Created and led an advanced PCB factory for HDI, RF, aerospace, and defense applications, from concept and design through ramp-up and break-even.
